MSU Extension Organizational Development

At MSU Extension we make team action plans, individual action plans, and individual professional development plans each fall for the upcoming calendar year. This site outlines due dates, instructions, and training sessions.

2027 Planning Timeline and Due Dates

• 8/6 AABI Team Plans open in Teams/Excel
• 8/10 CFEI Miro Boards open for team and individual planning
• 10/1 by 6 pm AABI Team Plans due in Teams/Excel and CFEI Team Plans due in Miro
• 10/1 CYI and HNI Plans open in PEARS
• 10/15+ AABI Once your team plan is approved, individual plans are open
• 11/16 by 6 pm 2026 Individual Action Plans for HNI, AABI (Teams/Excel), CFEI (Miro) and CYI
• 11/16 by 6 pm 2026 Professional Development Plans Due
• After 11/16 Norma enters AABI and CFEI team plans in PEARS

2027 Professional Development Plans

Good professional development plans will show that an individual is making efforts to improve in one or more of MSU Extension's core competencies. Core competency documentation can be found here. 2027 Professional Development Plans are due November 16, 2026 by 6 pm for all institutes and teams.
