24/7 Building Access, Keys, and Code of Conduct
Both the SPDC Building Access Request Form and the SPDC Community Code of Conduct Form should be submitted two (2) business days before they are needed.
Faculty should email their class list to Robert Nixon at: nixonrob@msu.edu
IPF Services
Building maintenance, pest control, motor pool rentals, field trip bus rentals, surplus requests, and all other IPF related services require an IPF Service Request Form.
- Building issues that are a safety hazard should be reported IMMEDIATELY
- All motor pool rentals should give at least two (2) weeks notice
- All bus rentals should give a minimum of three (3) weeks notice

Motor Pool Requests
Faculty and/or Faculty Advisors for Student Organizations may submit motor pool requests using the Motor Pool Request Form.
Printing / Copy Codes
At SPDC, each staff member, advisor and teaching staff have a copy code that they can use for printing. If you get a new grant with printing needs, please email Robert Nixon at: nixonrob@msu.edu
A request for a copy code will be answered within one to two weeks and should be submitted by completing the form linked below.
Additionally, the MSU Library provides poster printing for a fee. To print a poster at the library, please submit an MSU Departmental Form with your account number.
Parking
If your event has more than 10 people needing a parking code, we will need to request an event code. Please provide at least 10 days’ notice for event parking codes.
Event Planning
SPDC staff can assist with planning upcoming events, including reserving a space, ordering refreshments, paying honorariums, marketing, and collecting registrations. We need plenty of advanced notice to support your event properly. Please submit the form below, providing at least two weeks’ notice for small events, and at least one month notice for large events.
Continuing Education Credits
NCI can help you register your lectures, trainings, etc., with the proper governing bodies to offer attendees and participants continuing education credits. Complete the form below to begin the process.
Please allow a minimum of two (2) weeks from the time the form is completed, and be sure to give yourself enough time to gather the relevant information to completely submit the form.
Conference Room Scheduling
Conference Rooms 115 and 315 should be scheduled a minimum of two (2) business days prior to intended use. These rooms may NOT be used for classes.

Injury / Property Damage Report
If you are injured on campus, in an accident during work hours, and/or notice property damage on campus, please fill out an injury/property damage report and submit it to Mary Beth Graebert at: lakemary@msu.edu
