Ingredients
- 2 large ripe mangos (diced)
 - 1 small cucumber (diced)
 - 2 medium green onions (fine chop)
 - 1 medium jalapeno pepper (diced small)
 - Juice of 2 medium limes
 - ½ teaspoon salt
 - Cayenne pepper to taste
 - Optional:
 - 1 medium bell pepper (diced)
 - ¼ cup cilantro (roughly chopped)
 
Instructions
- Gather and prepare ingredients.
 - Add all the ingredients to a large bowl.
 - Mix well.
