Background:

Sarah earned her B.S. in Wildlife Ecology and Conservation and a minor in Fish Biology from Michigan Technological University in 2023. After graduation, she worked briefly for the Michigan Department of Natural Resources, Fisheries Division. As a graduate student in the Aquatic Landscape Ecology lab, Sarah is studying the effects of water withdrawals on stream fish habitats across Michigan's lower Peninsula
