Musab Wedyan is a Ph.D. candidate in Environmental Design within the School of Planning, Design and Construction. His research focuses on urban walkability and human health, human perceptions of the urban environment, and the use of artificial intelligence and geospatial technologies to better understand human–environment interactions. His work particularly explores how AI, including large and multimodal language models, can be integrated with urban and spatial data to assess environmental perceptions, understand walking behavior, and support more human-centered urban planning and design.
