Abdullah Alahmadi is Ph.D. student in Urban and Regional Planning at the School of Planning, Design and Construction, Michigan State University.

His research interests center on how climate and street-level design jointly shape non-motorized mobility and pedestrian behavior in Saudi Arabian cities, aiming to identify practical, evidence-based interventions that make walking and active travel more viable in hot-climate urban environments.

Prior to his doctoral studies, he worked as Operations Manager at Pro-Touch, an industrial structures and prefabricated solutions manufacturer, where he managed large-scale construction projects and execution in Saudi Arabia, complemented by firsthand experience as a Guest Experience Associate at The Walt Disney Company in Orlando, Florida.
