Michigan Food Hub Network

The Michigan Food Hub Network brings food hubs together to create something larger than the sum of its parts: A network of regional food distributors across the state dedicated to supporting the growth and success of Michigan’s local food economy. By working together, Michigan food hubs have access to more products and services across the state — which means greater variety and volume for buyers, and more economic opportunity for Michigan’s farm and food businesses. Michigan Local Food Council Network

The Michigan Local Food Council Network (MLFCN) is a space for community food policy advocates to come together. The MLFCN focuses on assisting grassroots advocacy groups in creating and working towards improved food outcomes for their communities.

Cultivate Michigan is a campaign of the Michigan Farm to Institution Network, a group of practitioners, supporters and advocates all sharing common goals to help Farm to Institution programs grow. The Michigan Farm to Institution Network and Cultivate Michigan are co-coordinated by the Michigan State University (MSU) Center for Regional Food Systems, with support from MSU Extension.

MSU Center for Regional Food Systems Farm is a Core Partner in the National Farm to School Network.

The National Farm to School Network is the leading voice for the U.S. farm to school and farm to early care and education movement, providing information, advocacy and networking for communities working to bring local food sourcing, school gardens and food and agriculture education into school systems and early care and education settings.
