Welcome to the 4-H Home Arts Auction information page! This special event celebrates the creativity, craftsmanship, and dedication of our 4-H youth in Clare County. Join us as we showcase a variety of handmade and skill-based projects that reflect months of hard work and personal growth.

  • Location: Clare County Fairgrounds | Harrison, MI

What is the Home Arts Auction?

The 4-H Home Arts Auction gives youth the opportunity to:

  • Present and sell their completed non-livestock projects

  • Practice public speaking and entrepreneurship skills

  • Earn funds to reinvest in future projects or educational goals

Examples of auction-eligible projects:

  • Sewing and textile crafts

  • Woodworking, painting, and photography

  • Baking and food preservation

  • Paper crafts, scrapbooking, and more

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Who Can Participate?

  • Eligibility: Clare County 4-H members ages 8–19 (as of Jan 1, 2025)

  • Entry Requirement: Must receive project approval and submit the official Home Arts Auction Entry Form

📝 How to Enter

  1. Complete your Home Arts project and submit it for judging.

  2. Fill out and submit the Home Arts Auction Entry Form.

  3. Prepare your project for display at the auction.
