EmailIn some cases, a grower may wish to apply small volumes of pesticide with backpack or hand-held sprayers or wipers. The following table will help make the conversion from rate per 100 gallons to rate per gallon. Care should be taken to measure pesticide amounts accurately because errors will be magnified at small volumes. As always, follow safety precautions on the label when handling pesticides.
