How it Works
Famers submit application through an online portal. The emergency focused grants are made availalbe to farmers to support farmland preservation and farming practices.
Funding Focuses On
AFT makes grants to farmers and ranchers to advance our mission to protect farmland, promote sound farming practices, and keep farmers on the land. Grants are available for projects focused on financial planning, equipment, supplies, infrastructure, and other professional services.
Funding Limit
$5,000
Qualifications
Applicants must be a U.S based farmer operating a for-profit business with an income of at least $1,000 annually.
