Research:
My research focuses on developing computational tools and algorithms for plant phenotyping, with an emphasis on image analysis. As part of the Topp Lab, I lead the development of root imaging and analysis pipelines using high-resolution 3D X-ray and micro-CT imaging. I'm also interested in developing sensing technologies to measure continuous root growth in the field.
