Dr. Rob Sirrine is a Senior Educator with Michigan State University Extension based in Leelanau County. He provides statewide leadership for hop research, education, and outreach, leads Farm to School efforts in northwest Michigan, and works with specialty crop producers to develop community food systems that promote sustained regional and rural economic development. He has a Ph.D. in Environmental Studies (Agroecology) from the University of California Santa Cruz and a B.S. from the School of Natural Resources and the Environment from the University of Michigan.
