Holly Sysol is a Michigan State University Extension 4-H Program Instructor focused on providing educational programming and positive youth development opportunities for youth in Wayne County. She has worked in this capacity since April 2024. Her primary office is in Wayne County, where she develops and delivers hands-on educational programs for youth and families.

In this role, Holly delivers a variety of 4-H programs focused on areas such as STEM, arts and crafts, sewing, cooking, animal science, and other hands-on learning experiences. She works with youth of varying ages and backgrounds, creating engaging educational experiences that help participants build practical skills, confidence, leadership abilities, and connections with their communities. She also supports 4-H clubs, camps, special events, and other educational initiatives throughout the year.

Prior to joining MSU Extension, Holly worked in education at a Montessori School. Her background in education and youth development supports her work creating accessible, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning experiences for young people.

Holly holds an associate's degree of early childhood education from Henry Ford College, an associate's degree of arts from Wayne County Community College, and a bachelor's degree that is an individualized study program, where her three majors were secondary education, mathematics, and phlebotomy from Eastern Michigan University.
