As a candidate for PhD, Lexi Heger presents data from her years' long project, in which she combines molecular diagnostics, airborne inoculum monitoring, and genome-wide association analyses to improve detection of downy mildew, botrytis bunch rot, and powdery mildew, while uncovering environmentally responsive genetic resistance loci in grapevine.
