Hardscape Sales / Contractor Counter Sales
Pay: $22.00–$25.00 per hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; some
Saturdays, 8:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m.
This is not a sit-behind-the-counter-and-wait-for-the-phone-to-ring sales job.
We're looking for someone who likes people, understands how to solve problems, and knows how to turn a customer
interaction into a long-term relationship.
Our customers are professional landscapers and hardscape contractors. They come to us for pavers, retaining-wall block, bulk
materials, landscape lighting, drainage products, and the everyday materials that keep their jobs moving.
The right person does more than take an order. They listen, ask questions, help customers figure out what they actually need,
and look for opportunities to make the sale. When something goes sideways, they don't say, "That's not my problem." They
find a solution.
What You'll Do
Work directly with landscape
contractors and hardscape
professionals at the counter, by
phone, email, and text
Recommend products, answer
questions, prepare orders, and
follow up with customers
Build strong relationships so
customers want to keep coming
back
Use our point-of-sale system and
keep orders and communication
organized
Help in the yard when needed,
including loading customers and
handling products
Operate a loader safely
Lift and move bagged products,
sweeping sand, concrete, block,
and pavers
Keep the counter and sales area
clean, organized, and professional
What We're Looking For
Hardscape installation or product
knowledge is strongly preferred
Sales or customer-service
experience
A strong personality: friendly,
confident, dependable, and easy
to work with
Someone who takes initiative,
communicates well, and follows
through
Ability to solve problems without
passing the customer off
Ability to work independently and
as part of a team
Willingness to learn; if you have
the right personality and sales
ability, we'll talk
Why Work Here
Competitive hourly pay: $22.00–
$25.00, based on experience
Full-time, steady schedule
Advancement opportunities
A hands-on position where product
knowledge, effort, and customer
relationships matter
If you know hardscape products, enjoy working with contractors, and believe customers should be treated like people you
actually want to see again, we want to hear from you
