The 4/15-16/26 Virtual Mental Health First Aid certification course is for adults 18 years and older who hope to learn how to assist other adults experiencing a mental health challenge or crisis. This course includes 2 hours of online self-paced pre-work and 8 hours of instructor-led time via Zoom. Instructions on how to access and complete the course pre-work, as well as Zoom information, will be sent out via email to registered participants. The cost of this course is $45.00 per person.
